Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications delivered to your registered email address on file with 35bp.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the 35bp Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 35bp.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 35bp platform — whether by visiting https://35bp.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a game, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform.

35bp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 35bp will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform at the time of next login. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 35bp platform following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If the revised Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform in accordance with the Account Closure procedure set out in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gaming services on 35bp, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

Identity Verification (KYC): 35bp applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and may apply enhanced verification at any point during the account lifecycle at its discretion. Required documentation includes a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), Smart Card, or passport. Additional proof of address and proof of payment method may be requested for accounts with elevated transaction volumes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days from the date of the first deposit may be restricted from further play until verification is completed. 35bp will not close an account solely due to pending KYC — players retain the right to complete verification at any time.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bp Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 35bp will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 35bp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 35bp supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Deposits are credited to your 35bp balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed below.

• Withdrawal destination: All withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 35bp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Verification requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Submitting a withdrawal request before completing KYC will place that request in a pending queue until verification is confirmed.
• Processing cut-off: Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on weekdays are processed within the stated timeframe on the same business day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST or on Bangladeshi public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Anti-money laundering: 35bp applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all deposit and withdrawal activity. Transactions that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to additional verification and temporary processing delays. 35bp is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Deposit limits: There is no maximum single deposit on 35bp. However, players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard.
• Failed transactions: In the event that a deposit transaction is confirmed by your payment provider but does not appear in your 35bp balance within 10 minutes, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number. Do not initiate a duplicate deposit before the original transaction has been investigated.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

35bp offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, weekly reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked).
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of wager value; live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is stated on the promotion page.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not met the requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. Time limits are specified per promotion and are non-extendable.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated while bonus funds are active. This cap, where applicable, is stated on the promotion page before opt-in.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account action as described in Section 7.
• 35bp discretion: 35bp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and currently subject to an active wagering requirement.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred to another player, exchanged for real money, or used as payment for any service outside the 35bp platform.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 35bp platform are supplied by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are governed by the individual rules of each game as defined by those studios. 35bp does not modify game rules, alter RTP figures, or intervene in any individual game outcome. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game session, 35bp will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed server-side state. Any wager that was committed to the game server before the disconnection will stand. 35bp is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including poor mobile network performance.
• Void bets: 35bp and its game providers reserve the right to void a bet or round if a technical malfunction materially affected the integrity of that game round. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's balance. Void rounds are not eligible for bonus wagering contribution credit.
• Malfunction voids all pays: In the event of a documented technical malfunction affecting game software or hardware used in the delivery of a game, any associated pay-outs may be declared void at the discretion of 35bp or the relevant game provider. This provision is standard across the regulated online gaming industry.
• Sports betting markets: Sports betting markets on 35bp are offered pre-match and in-play. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended. Bets accepted at the displayed odds at the time of confirmation are binding. 35bp reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error due to data feed failures or operator error.
• Minimum and maximum wagers: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market, as displayed within each game or sports betting interface. Players must not attempt to circumvent posted betting limits through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bp platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on the 35bp platform, whether to circumvent a restriction, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 35bp account. All confirmed cases of fraudulent deposits are reported to Bangladesh financial authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Using technical exploits, coordinated wagering, or multiple accounts to artificially satisfy wagering requirements or to extract value from bonus programmes in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) with a payment provider for a deposit that was correctly processed and credited to your 35bp account. Chargeback fraud will result in the immediate suspension of the account and recovery action for the full amount charged back.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets, to the financial detriment of 35bp or other Players.
• Use of bots or automation: Deploying automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the 35bp platform without genuine human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions regardless of whether any financial advantage was obtained.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 35bp support staff.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings or credits to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings generated through known exploitation of an error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register, play, or transact on 35bp if you are under 18 years of age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported where required by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or 35bp may close a registered account. The procedures, consequences, and conditions applying to each closure type are detailed below. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no real-money wager, deposit, or withdrawal has been made for a continuous period of 12 months. 35bp will send a reminder email to the registered address 30 days prior to the account being classified as inactive. Inactive accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50 deducted from the account balance, where a balance exists, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Inactive accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice after 24 months of inactivity.

Disputes: Any dispute regarding account closure, withheld balance, or bonus forfeiture must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification. 35bp will respond to all formally submitted disputes within 10 business days. Disputes submitted after the 30-day window may not be eligible for review.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 35bp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 35bp's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
